A water test your customers can see for themselves

Pour water across a walkway where only one side is treated. The untreated concrete darkens as it soaks the water in. The side treated with NexaNano sheds it, and the water beads on the surface.

It's an easy demo to run on a customer's own driveway, patio or brickwork. And it doesn't change the look of the concrete.

Results vary by surface, material, condition and application.

Mark Austin of Austin Surface Protection
“NexaNano plays an important part of my business because I also do masonry work, concrete, and asphalt. So as I'm doing those jobs, I also sell the NexaNano sealant with them, and I'm able to demo it and sell that because they see how it works. And then when they get a new product, put down new concrete, new asphalt, or brickwork, and then they see the water bead up on it. It's kind of a no-brainer for them.”

Three product lines, one installer program

NexaNano uses SiO2 nanotechnology that penetrates porous surfaces and forms a breathable barrier, so moisture vapor can still escape instead of being trapped under a film.

Roof Protect

A protector for asphalt shingles, clay and tile roofing. It reinforces structure, reduces granule loss, and protects from high UV exposure, water intrusion and mold.

Concrete & Stone Protect

A transparent, deep-penetrating treatment for driveways, walkways, pavers and patios. It protects against freeze-thaw cycles, stains and water damage without changing the appearance.

Wood Protect

For decks, fences, pergolas and outdoor furniture. It bonds below the surface to resist mold, mildew, rot and fading without altering the texture or tone.

Questions contractors ask

What is SiO2?

SiO2 stands for silicon dioxide, a naturally occurring compound found in materials like quartz and sand. In NexaNano's coatings, SiO2 particles are engineered at an extremely small scale so the treatment bonds with the surface instead of sitting on top of it.

Will it change how the surface looks?

No. NexaNano dries clear and keeps the natural look of the material. It doesn't leave a shiny film, won't yellow, and doesn't make surfaces slippery.

How soon can a surface be used after application?

Most treated surfaces are dry to the touch within one to two hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Full cure typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

How long does it last?

Longevity depends on the age of the surface and the climate. Ask the NexaNano team about the surfaces you work on.

What's in it?

Zero oils and zero VOCs. The coatings are built on SiO2, silicon dioxide, a naturally occurring compound found in materials like quartz and sand.

Who makes NexaNano?

NexaNano is a privately owned, independent manufacturer headquartered in Utah, with operations in Payson and Spanish Fork.
